BlueWave is seeking a Project Finance Analyst to support financial modeling, project evaluation, and capital markets activities for a growing solar and storage portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director of Capital Markets, you will develop financial models, analyze economics, and collaborate across teams to advance projects through development, construction, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of renewable energy project finance, investment banking, or related analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and update project-level financial models for solar and storage portfolio.
• Support project financing activities, including construction debt, tax equity, and long-term debt.
• Prepare financial analyses and investment materials for development, financing, and decisions.
• Collaborate with development and external partners on offtake, financing, and structuring opportunities.
• Assist with due diligence and valuation for acquisition opportunities.
• Support capital markets with transaction materials and diligence responses.
• Analyze revenue projections, project economics, and investment returns with teams.
