A highly skilled and experienced Project Developer for renewable energy and storage projects in the United States. Specialized in obtaining the necessary permits and authorizations to bring projects to "Ready to Build" status. Proven expertise in managing service providers and monitoring their activities throughout project development. Native American. Being fluent in Spanish will be appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify renewable energy project development opportunities, including the evaluation of technical, financial, and regulatory feasibility.
  2. Manage and coordinate the permitting and authorization process for project development, working with public and private entities to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to streamline the permitting process.
  4. Manage and coordinate specialized service providers involved in renewable energy project development, ensuring adherence to deadlines and contractual requirements.
  5. Monitor key project milestones, budgets, and quality standards, providing regular updates to management and clients.
  6. Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and corrective actions as necessary.
Profile Requirements:
  1. 3 to 10 years of professional experience in Project Development and managing renewable energy and storage project development opportunities in any existing U.S. electricity markets.
  2. Extensive knowledge of the technical, legal, and regulatory aspects of renewable energy, particularly in permitting and authorizations, as well as electricity market operations.
  3. Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities and relevant stakeholders.
  4. Experience in managing service providers and monitoring their activities during project development.
  5. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to facilitate interactions with diverse stakeholders.
  6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions, as well as effectively resolve problems.
