Job summary

Greenvolt, a U.S. renewable energy company, is seeking a highly organized Paralegal to support the Legal and business teams across project development, contracts, corporate governance, real estate, regulatory matters, and legal operations.

The successful candidate will collaborate with attorneys, project development, finance and operations teams, external counsel, and internal stakeholders to ensure legal documents, corporate records, agreements, and processes are accurately maintained and

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business, Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting contracts, NDAs, corporate records, and legal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day paralegal and legal administrative support to the Legal team and business stakeholders.
• Support attorneys with legal matters relating to solar, wind, battery storage, and other renewable energy projects.
• Draft, review, coordinate, and maintain NDAs and other commercial documents.
• Assist with the preparation, review, execution, and administration of commercial agreements (PPAs, EPC, O&M, development, vendor/service, consulting, assignment, NDAs).
• Support corporate governance activities, including maintaining corporate records, preparing board and member resolutions and consents, and assisting with annual reports and filings.
• Maintain corporate books and entity records; assist with formations, mergers, dissolutions, registrations, and other corporate transactions.
