Root Edge, a leading energy transition company in Salt Lake City, is seeking a Paralegal to join its legal team. The role includes providing administrative support, assisting in contracting and transaction management, and ensuring compliance for renewable energy projects.

Qualified candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position requires working in the office at least 3 days a week and offers opportunities for travel.

Qualificações

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a paralegal or transaction associate.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Notary certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal department.
• Assist with contracting tasks including drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Support renewable energy project transactions by preparing initial drafts.
