Panthera Grid Partners, headquartered in Houston, Texas, seeks a Business Development Analyst to support investment decisions across its renewable energy portfolio. You will develop valuation analyses for projects in the development pipeline and assist in acquisitions, sell-downs, and divestments.

You will work with senior management and cross-functional teams to assess project economics and risks, driving value through rigorous financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or quantitative field.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience at a U.S. solar, wind, or energy storage development company, or similar finance/M&A role.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance issues related to congestion trading.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain unlevered and levered financial models to support pricing decisions.
• Analyze project economics, value drivers, and data to inform pricing and strategy.
• Support acquisitions, sell-downs, divestments, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Coordinate due diligence and review data room, legal, commercial, and financial materials.
• Prepare investment materials and presentations for senior management.
• Maintain systems for tracking pricing, opportunities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate across teams and coordinate with investors and external partners.
