Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in person to set qualified appointments
• Educate on the benefits of going solar and pre‑qualify interest
• Use CRM tools and scripts to stay organized and consistent
• Follow up with leads and update pipeline notes
• Work closely with closers and sales consultants

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred
• Previous sales or appointment setting experience a plus
• Excellent people skills and natural charisma
• Tech‑friendly (Zoom, CRM, online scheduling)
• Self‑motivated and quick to adapt
