Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable with full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with homeowners throughout the Cincinnati area.
• Generate leads and build customer relationships face-to-face.
• Educate customers on renewable energy and enrollment options.
• Guide customers through a smooth and professional enrollment process.
• Manage your pipeline and work toward weekly performance goals.
• Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills through daily coaching.
