Job summary

Enertis Applus+ is hiring a Renewable Energy Consultant to join the Consulting team. The role focuses on feasibility studies, technical due diligence, and helping deliver solar PV, wind and BESS projects across Poland and Eastern Europe.

You will review permits, assess sites, coordinate with grid operators, and craft technical reports in English. Polish fluency and English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus. Remote-friendly with engagement across regional markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or STEM.
• 5+ years in renewable energy development, engineering or consultancy.
• Experience with Solar PV, Wind and/or BESS projects.
• Strong knowledge of Polish renewables market, permitting and grid processes.
• Experience in technical due diligence or feasibility studies.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Fluent Polish and good English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and technical due diligence for renewable energy projects across Poland and Eastern Europe.
• Assess project sites for technical, environmental and permitting constraints.
• Review permits, licenses and regulatory documentation.
• Evaluate grid connection agreements and coordinate discussions with TSOs/DSOs.
• Review engineering documentation from conceptual to detailed design stages.
• Identify technical risks and recommend mitigations.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports and client deliverables in English.
• Support commercial proposals, tenders and client presentations.
• Contribute to business development across Polish and Eastern European markets.
