Job description

ELEKSQuality Assurance Office is looking for a Middle Test Engineer in Poland or Croatia.

ABOUT PROJECT

Our customer is a renewable energy company engaged in renewable power generation, the production of sustainable biomass, and the sale of renewable electricity to businesses. British zero-carbon power generation company which owns several power plants and supports businesses aimed at distributing electricity to the market.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in data quality engineering
• Experience with Databases/SQL
• Experience with data projects
• Experience with ETL testing and reports
• Initiative and proactive attitude
• Ability to adapt to project changes during the project flow
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Databricks
• Experience with the energy domain
• Experience with AWS (e.g., S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue, Lambda, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement and execute tests at all planned levels, log and evaluate results, and document deviations from expected results
• Use test administration, monitoring, and management tools
• Participate in test environment setup
• Prepare and acquire test data
• Contribute to test documentation creation, validation, and update processes (test cases, test plans, etc.)
• Review, analyze, and assess project requirements and specifications to develop quality control artifacts
• Review test artifacts developed by others
• Communicate with team members
• Report test progress to stakeholders
