Job summary

LaBella Associates in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Civil Engineer with 2–5 years of design experience to join our Civil division. The role supports renewable energy projects and requires proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D or MicroStation/InRoads.

Ideal candidates are capable of managing multiple tasks, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and visiting field sites as needed. Flexible work arrangements include hybrid or remote options for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with 2–5 years of design experience.
• FE certification is good to have but not required (preferred).
• Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and MicroStation/InRoads is mandatory.
• Experience with renewable energy projects (solar, BESS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts for Civil Engineering projects and perform detailed calculations.
• Produce accurate drawings and specifications; manage bid phases and support construction closeout.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients throughout project lifecycle.
