Job summary

Invenergy is a leading developer and operator of power infrastructure headquartered in Chicago. This role supports strategy and department initiatives, including preparing documents and budgets, and identifying solar and battery storage development prospects in the Southwest.

The position emphasizes handling confidential data, tracking KPIs, and driving process improvements across cross-functional teams in a fast-growing energy organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year of professional work experience.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Create documents and presentations.
• Prepare budgets, meeting agendas and taking notes in Strategy and Departmental meetings.
• Assist with identifying solar & battery storage development prospects in the Southwest regions and assist developers in meetings.
• Effective handling of confidential data and sensitive information.
• Track department key performance indicators and provide recommendations to improve metrics where applicable.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate errors and implement process improvements.
• Work with cross functional groups to gather and document process/system improvement requirements.
• Utilize project management skills to develop and implement process and system improvements.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Understand and drive performance, with visibility to executive leadership which provides upward mobility opportunities in our fast-paced and growing organization.
• Proactively and reactively use processes to solve problems and enhance business process efficiencies throughout the entire development department.
