RWE Americas, LLC, is seeking an Asset Management Associate to join our expanding team in Illinois. You will work to optimize performance across solar, wind and battery storage assets, supporting the Asset Manager with financial and operational analyses and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, contract alignment, and detailed reporting to stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree and 1 year in renewables are desired; strong Excel and communication skills are

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year proven experience in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to drive asset performance across functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Asset Manager in improving profitability of solar, wind and storage assets.
• Support budget, forecast, and asset-level financial reporting.
• Analyze operational and financial performance to identify underperformance.
• Develop cost-reduction and performance optimization strategies.
• Coordinate across departments to resolve asset-level issues.
• Provide detailed reporting to internal stakeholders.
