Job summary

Plenitude Renewables US in Houston is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee commercial, contractual, and administrative aspects of the asset portfolio. You will monitor performance, ensure O&M contract compliance, and coordinate activities to meet production and availability targets.

The role requires strong analytical skills, budget management, and experience across solar, wind, or battery storage assets, with fluent English and a solid governance background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Significant experience in asset management, operations or maintenance in solar/wind/BESS assets.
• Experience managing operational and commercial budgets.
• Strong governance, cross-functional collaboration, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset performance, monthly energy production, and KPIs; report variances.
• Monitor plant performance, availability, PR, curtailment, and defects; flag underperformance.
• Review performance loss analyses with Operations and O&M contractors; track corrective actions.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and audits to support asset performance and integrity.
• Ensure compliance with O&M contracts and reporting obligations; support contract renewals and renewals with Legal/Procurement.
• Coordinate with financing partners and internal teams for timely reporting and governance.
