Enfinity in Miami seeks an experienced renewable energy asset manager/O&M manager to oversee the P&L of assigned assets and to ensure safety, environmental, and performance targets are met.

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management – Americas, you will coordinate technicians, OEMs, subcontractors, and service providers, manage warranties, maintenance, and interconnection compliance, and lead continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualificações

• Be health, safety and environmental champion across Enfinity Global operations.
• Responsible for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the assigned assets.
• Manage and monitor inventory systems and reporting.
• Coordinate technicians, OEMs, subcontractors, and remote operations centers.
• Oversee corrective maintenance, root-cause analyses and fault elimination.
• Manage warranty claims with OEMs and service providers.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee health, safety, and environmental performance for assets.
• Oversee P&L and financial performance of assigned assets.
• Manage inventory systems and reporting processes.
• Supervise performance metrics of site and service providers.
• Coordinate commissioning, handover, and integration of new sites into operations.
