Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, accounting, business, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support Director, Commercial Asset Management on portfolio tasks and compliance.
• Maintain portfolio files and records in the Longroad repository.
• Complete EIA and FERC filings under supervision.
• Manage REC registrations, ownership updates, and transactions.
• Coordinate land-lease payments with Real Estate and accounting teams.
• Assist with annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting for projects.
• Support monthly EBITDA reviews and variance analysis.
• Maintain running files of key performance indicators.
