Longroad Energy, based in Boston, MA, is seeking an Asset Management Associate (Hybrid) to support the commercial oversight and financial performance of a growing renewable portfolio. The role collaborates with Operations, Engineering, Accounting, Treasury, and FP&A to optimize asset value and compliance across wind, solar, and storage assets.

Responsibilities include portfolio tasks, REC and land-lease management, budgeting, EBITDA reviews, and ad-hoc analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in finance, engineering, accounting, business.
• 1–2 years in renewable energy, power generation, finance, accounting, engineering, or performance analytics.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management and compliance tasks to ensure assets meet requirements.
• Assist budgeting and financial forecasting for operating and development projects.
• Support cross-functional coordination with Operations, Engineering, Accounting, Treasury and FP&A.
• Lead monthly operational and financial reporting and develop data dashboards.
