Tyson Foods in Cumming, GA, is seeking Production Operators for the Rendering facility. The role operates rendering equipment, monitors quality, and ensures safety and efficiency while meeting production targets.

Shifts are 12-hour day cycles with rotating schedules; overtime, weekend and holidays may be required. Valid PIT/forklift certification and ability to lift up to 100 pounds are required. We offer a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on work in manufacturing or related fields.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally 100 lbs.

Mansioni

• Operate, monitor, and adjust rendering equipment to process materials.
• Receive, move, store, and load materials and finished products using plant equipment.
• Monitor product quality and equipment performance; report issues to supervision.
• Perform routine inspections, basic maintenance, and production paperwork.
• Learn multiple roles across the facility to support production goals.
• Operate yard trucks and unload/balance trailers as required.
