You will work Monday through Friday, 3am to 12pm, at our facility. Starting pay is $24 per hour with potential overtime; position requires lifting 50 pounds, working at heights up to 60 feet, and strict

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Comfort with hot and cold environments.
• Speak/read/understand English.
• Willingness to work overtime and some Saturdays.
• Must work at heights on silo platforms up to 60 ft.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as cookers, dryers, presses, mills, blowers, conveyors, and pumps.
• Manage truck loading, tanker sanitation, and yard truck movement for weighing/loading trailers.
• Use touchscreen controls to monitor systems.
• Perform cleaning/sanitation duties including tank washing and trash removal.
• Execute Lockout/Tagout procedures for setup, teardown, and maintenance.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and product safety tracking with devices.
• Work safely at heights to access silos and pipes.
• Operate forklifts for material handling.
• Handle pork offal as part of raw material processing.
