Job summary

Premier Health’s Miami Valley Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Renal & Renal Transplant unit. This full-time night shift runs 7:00pm–7:30am with 72 hours per pay and requires advocacy, safe patient care and teamwork.

The RN uses the nursing process with evidence-based practice to care for a diverse caseload, collaborates with the inter-professional team, and remains compliant with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and Nursing Code of Ethics.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Ohio RN license.
• BSN preferred; BSN completion may be required.
• Current healthcare provider BLS certification required prior to orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to a diverse patient population within the Renal & Renal Transplant unit.
• Utilize the nursing process and evidence-based practice to deliver safe, effective care.
• Collaborate with the inter-professional team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and applicable regulatory standards.
