Concerto Renal Services seeks a PRN Renal Dietitian to educate, counsel, and support ESRD patients in clinical settings. You will perform nutrition assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with the IDT to optimize nutritional well‑being.

You will design and adjust medical nutrition therapy based on labs, provide tailored education, travel to facilities as needed, and stay current with CMS regulations and company standards.
