Qualifications

• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) of service.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required by specialty.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and coordinates with the care team to improve outcomes.
• Adheres to safety practices and protocols; documents accurately in EHR.
• May administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols.
• Communicates effectively and supports team collaboration.
