Qualifications

• BLS certification; RN license with state privileges.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• ICU and/or kidney dialysis unit experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance, quality initiatives and evidence‑based care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and safety culture.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols.
• Float to other units as needed to meet patient care demands.
