Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of direct patient care experience.
• Licensed RN in NC (compact state license) or primary NC/TX licensure.
• Ability to obtain licensure in all serviced states within 3 months of employment.
• Good standing with the nursing board.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and educate patients on REMS medications and therapy options.
• Promote medication adherence and schedule deliveries/copays as applicable.
• Document according to industry standards and HIPAA requirements.
• Identify and report adverse events or product complaints to manufacturers/regulators as needed.
• Support specialty drug education and patient management programs.
• Maintain accurate patient demographic and medical history records.
