We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Removal Defense Paralegal with 1-2 years of experience in immigration law. If you are proactive, efficient, and can handle a high caseload while managing deadlines, we want you to join our remote team.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and organize legal documents and case files.
2. Communicate daily with attorneys to track case progress.
3. Update and maintain the Case Management System (CMS).
4. Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other documents.

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience in removal defense.
2. Proficient in legal research, document drafting, and case management.
3. Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
4. Proficient in Google Workspace (or ability to learn quickly).
5. English proficiency: C1.

Compensation:

$1,500 - $2,000 per month
