Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish: Required— to connect deeply with and advocate for our diverse client base.
• J.D. from an Accredited University: Licensed and in good standing with any U.S. state bar.
• Immigration/Removal Defense Experience: Preferred, but a commitment to justice and client advocacy is essential.
• Courtroom Confidence & Communication Skills: Articulate, persuasive, and client-centered.
• Detail-Oriented & Analytical: Strong legal research and case preparation skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
