Job summary

MAC.BID in Robinson Township, PA is seeking a Removal Floater for full-time hourly work to support customer pick-ups at auctions. You will greet bidders, locate items, and ensure a smooth pickup experience.

Responsibilities include scanning customers in/out, assisting with item retrieval, and maintaining organized processes. On-site work requires lifting up to 25 lbs solo (50 lbs with a team) and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• On-site availability; schedules may vary Mon-Sat; 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
• Must be highly organized
• Must be detail-oriented
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be customer-focused

Responsibilities

• Know how auction items are categorized on shelves
• Greet and assist customers in finding their items
• Make customers glad they have won an item, to encourage them to continue bidding
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
• Scan customers in and out for item pick-ups
