Job summary

Summit-Horizon Dental Lab is seeking a motivated Removable Dental Lab Technician for a full-time, onsite role in St. Louis, MO.

This position is ideal for a Dental Assistant or someone with dental background who wants to specialize in removable prosthetics, with comprehensive training provided. Responsibilities include fabricating and finishing dentures, relines, repairs, and related appliances, while maintaining occlusion, esthetics, and fit.

Qualifications

• Prior dental background or experience (Dental Assistant strongly preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and ability to follow precise specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — must be articulate and professional when speaking with dentists and dental office staff.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, process, and finish removable prosthetics (complete dentures, partial dentures, relines, repairs, and related appliances) according to case specifications and lab standards
• Set up, process, and finish cases with strong attention to occlusion, esthetics, and fit
• Communicate directly with dental offices and dentists regarding case details, questions, timelines, and any needed adjustments
• Maintain high-quality standards and thorough attention to detail at every stage of production
• Keep accurate case documentation and follow established lab protocols
• Work collaboratively with the team to support growing case volume and reliable turnaround times
