Job summary

Wittigonia digital is seeking a Zoho CRM Expert to configure, customize and maintain Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin for sales, marketing and customer service teams in a remote role.

You will ensure data integrity, build dashboards, automate workflows, train users and support international clients while adhering to GDPR and privacy requirements.

This position offers flexible remote work, exposure to multiple platforms and opportunities to grow certifications in CRM strategy and analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin, including setup and automation.
• Strong data hygiene and integration skills across systems.
• Ability to build dashboards and derive actionable insights from CRM usage.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus (German, French, Portuguese, Italian or Spanish).
• Experience training or supporting users and documenting processes, GDPR awareness.

Responsibilities

• Set up, customize and maintain Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts and dashboards.
• Manage Bigin pipelines and workflows; configure teams, roles and data flows between Zoho tools.
• Ensure data integrity including cleaning, deduplication, import/export and audits.
• Build reports and dashboards to track leads, opportunities and customer lifecycle.
• Train end users, support adoption and create process guidelines.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage permissions and security per GDPR/local rules.
