Job summary

Sention Agency LLC is seeking a Junior CRM & Automation Consultant to join our fully remote team. You will collaborate with a Senior Developer to implement, configure, and support client solutions across Zoho CRM and other platforms, while leading daily client training and adoption.

This role focuses on execution, data preparation, and stable operations across multiple tools in a fully remote environment. You will work with Zoho One, Zoho CRM, Zapier, Make, n8n, Zoho Flow, and related automation

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on CRM support, configuration, and maintenance.
• Experience in an agency, consulting, RevOps, sales ops, or marketing ops environment.
• Administering and supporting at least two CRMs, with Zoho CRM being mandatory.
• Zoho One and Zoho CRM expertise with widgets, client scripts, and Deluge scripting.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and monitor automations and integrations

Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Junior CRM & Automation Consultant to collaborate closely with our Senior Developer. You will help implement, configure and support client solutions across several CRM and automation platforms, and you will lead day-to-day training and adoption with client teams.

You will work with tools such as Zoho CRM, Go High Level, HubSpot and Salesforce, plus automation platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n or Zoho Flow. Your focus is execution: turning clear designs into stable systems, keeping them running smoothly and helping clients use them correctly.

This is a fully remote role. You must be based in a country whose time zone is between UTC+3 and UTC+8, to ensure sufficient daily overlap with the core technical team. Contract type is full time independent contractor. You will not do web dev elopment in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Core Experience

1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in CRM support, configuration, and maintenance (not just end-user usage)

Experience working in an agency, consulting, RevOps, sales ops, or marketing ops environment

Practical experience administering and supporting at least two CRMs, with Zoho CRM being mandatory

Zoho-Specific (Very Important)

• Strong experience with Zoho One, especially Zoho CRM
• Hands-on experience with: Zoho CRM Widgets,Zoho CRM Client Scripts, Deluge scripting
  

Invoke URL for API-based integrations

• Strong understanding of third-party API integrations inside Zoho CRM
• Comfortable working with JSON payloads, API documentation, and response handling
• Ability to read, modify, and write Deluge functions following patterns defined by a Senior Developer

Frontend for CRM Customization

• Embedded UI customizations

Automation & Integrations

• Practical experience with at least one automation platform: Zapier,Make, n8n, Zoho Flow
  
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade automations
  

Development & Tools

• Junior-level Python skills: able to read, understand, and modify scripts; write small utilities
• Experience using a project management tool (Zoho Projects, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, etc.) as the single source of truth
• Strong discipline in documentation, naming conventions, and system cleanliness

Language

• One language (English or Spanish) at a native level, the other at full professional proficiency.
  
• Must be able to run client training sessions and write documentation in both languages

Personal Skills

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Comfortable following established standards and receiving feedback
• Reliable, consistent, and accountable in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience beyond CRM within Zoho One: Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, Zoho People
  
• Experience building small internal tools in Python
• Experience working in fully remote, distributed teams
