Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in the United States is seeking a Software Engineer to build and maintain robust, scalable, and secure systems that underpin the company’s Zero Trust ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in delivering critical platforms, collaborating with product and engineering teams to enable value for the business and its partners while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master/PhD's degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in test driven software development.
• Extensive experience with Go, Python, or Java (Go strongly preferred).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code deployments.
• Experience developing and deploying services in a Kubernetes environment.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work well within engineering organization and cross functions
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring junior engineers.
• Show motivation for personal growth and learning new technologies to support the team's needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with open source products to build the next generation client platform for all the company corporate endpoints.
• Build on our zero trust back end suite, supporting security services, network paths, and user and device signaling, with a mind for enabling value for the business for their best work.
• Work with product and engineering teams to optimize endpoints for the company employees and partners.
