Job summary

MaziCTools in the United States is seeking an Entry Level Remote Customer Service Live Chat Assistant to respond to customer inquiries through live chat and provide exceptional service to our clients' customers.

You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals, receiving guidance as you learn the ropes and develop your skills in a fast-paced ecommerce support environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.

Responsibilities
