Job summary

Glitchy is seeking a YouTube content creator to own the channel end-to-end—from ideas and scripts to filming, thumbnails and publishing. You’ll work directly with the founder and buying team to turn successful formats into videos people want to watch.

You’ll produce 1–2 long-form videos and 3–5 Shorts weekly, crafting hooks, packaging and retention while improving thumbnails and titles based on performance data.

Qualifications

• 1+ years producing YouTube content for a channel that grew while you ran it.
• Strong sense for hooks, packaging and retention.
• Comfortable on camera, or directing someone who is.
• Hands-on with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Responsibilities

• Publish 1-2 long-form videos and 3-5 Shorts a week.
• Turn team knowledge into simple, practical tutorials.
• Write hooks that hold attention in the first 30 seconds.
• Own and test thumbnails and titles.
• Use metrics (CTR, retention, sign-ups) to guide future content.
