Job summary

Educatius Group seeks an Independent Contractor Local Coordinator to recruit and screen host families, matching students with caring homes and supporting them throughout their exchange experience.

You will partner with local schools and community leaders, manage your schedule from home, and coordinate with Educatius Regional Staff for training and support. This role emphasizes outreach, safety, and cross-cultural mentorship for international students.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and listening skills.
• Understanding of cultural differences; interest in international teens.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and select host families in your community.
• Screen host families by following Educatius 3-Step screening process.
• Match students with host families.
• Build and maintain relationships with local schools and community stakeholders.
• Provide support and guidance to students and host families throughout the experience.
• Work closely with your Regional Manager to ensure needs are met.
