GE HealthCare in the United States seeks a Clinical Application Specialist (XR) to deliver education and training to clinical end-users across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

You will partner with sales and clinical teams to advance new product features, develop training plans, and measure outcomes while supporting pre-sale through post-implementation. Willingness to travel 80% is required.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years XR experience.
• ARRT (R) certification.
• Experience with GE HealthCare XR systems.
• Willingness to travel 80% within the US/Canada.

Mansioni

• Serve as a subject matter expert (XR) and technical liaison to the sales organization to strengthen technical capabilities and customer relationships.
• Advance new product features and imaging techniques; collaborate with customers on training plans for assimilation of XR.
• Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective-based system training; monitor and report training outcomes.
• Act as focal point for modality/team; address customer satisfaction issues and escalations; support specialty training requests.
