Job summary

Connexio Health is seeking a Virtual Account Manager in Wound Care to educate healthcare professionals, support product utilization, and build lasting prescriber relationships in acute and post-acute settings. This remote role targets a consultative sales professional who can engage clinicians virtually and manage a sales pipeline.

The position is a 6-12 month temporary project with potential extension. You will conduct virtual education sessions, qualify opportunities, close when appropriate,

Qualifications

• Proven success in pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or sales environments.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and activity goals.
• Strong consultative selling skills for virtual engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute inbound and outbound sales activities via phone, video, email, and chat.
• Build relationships with prescribers and customers in acute and post-acute care.
• Qualify leads, manage follow-up, and close opportunities in a timely cycle.
• Provide education on product use and support adoption virtually.
• Maintain an accurate CRM record of activities, opportunities, and next steps.
• Collaborate with management to meet sales targets and program metrics.
• Conduct virtual education sessions and adapt to customer needs.
