Asure Wound Solutions seeks a Clinical Specialist, Wound Care Supplies to support nursing homes and long-term care facilities. This remote role must reside in the Raleigh-Durham area and include travel up to two hours. Starting salary $75,000 per year with benefits and paid time off.

You will develop wound care plans, educate staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely, high-quality wound care. Strong nursing experience and license are required.

Formación

• Active nursing license.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience in nursing homes or long-term care facilities.
• Strong understanding of wound care principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical expertise and support to nursing homes and long-term care facilities in the management of wounds and wound-related conditions.
• Develop and implement wound care plans for residents in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate and train nursing home staff on proper wound care techniques, products and equipment usage.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper wound care is provided in a timely manner.
• Monitor and document the progress of wounds and adjust wound care plans as needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of best practices in wound care and stay abreast of new developments in the field.
