Job summary

aSure Wound Solutions is seeking a Clinical Specialist, Wound Care Supplies, to support nursing homes and long-term care facilities from a remote base in eastern Massachusetts. The role requires 3+ years in LTC nursing and a nursing license, with wound care certification preferred.

You will educate staff, develop care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team while traveling up to two hours as needed. Salary starts at $75,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license is required.
• 3+ years of nursing home/long-term care experience.
• Wound care knowledge and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise and support to nursing homes and long-term care facilities in wound management.
• Develop and implement wound care plans for residents with interdisciplinary team.
• Educate and train nursing home staff on wound care techniques, products and equipment usage.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely wound care.
• Monitor and document wound progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of best practices in wound care.
