Job description

Operate remote PTZ cameras to capture worship services with professional framing and smooth movements.

Responsibilities

1. Control PTZ cameras via joystick controller
2. Frame appropriate shots for each service moment
3. Create and recall camera presets
4. Coordinate with video director on shot changes
5. Maintain smooth, professional camera movements
6. Avoid distracting camera motion during prayer/reverent moments

Requirements

• Good visual composition sense
• Understanding of service liturgy and flow
• Steady hands and patience
• Ability to anticipate movements
• Attention to worship atmosphere
