Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years of related experience.
• Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workfront at system level, including user and group management, access levels, layout templates, and custom forms.
• Train users as Workfront access is provisioned; develop training resources and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Design, build, and maintain queues, routing rules, approvals, and automated workflows to streamline intake and accelerate time-to-market for marketing programs.
• Design and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios to support automation and API integrations.
• Create, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards within Workfront.
• Collaborate with project coordination to ensure timely delivery and surface risks via automation.
• Identify manual processes and lead improvements to boost efficiency.
• Deliver measurable efficiency gains through automation and continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout project execution.
• Translate technical automation concepts into accessible language for non-technical audiences.
