Job summary

Infoverity, Inc. is seeking a remote Workfront Solution Architect to lead engagements in process transformation. You will apply deep expertise in Adobe Workfront, Fusion, and Planning to design scalable solutions and governance models for clients in marketing and content operations.

You will work with executives to uncover root causes, propose practical changes, and drive measurable improvements in throughput, governance, and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of Workfront experience including design and governance.
• 3+ years with Workfront Fusion and integration patterns.
• Hands-on with Workfront Planning for strategic/campaign planning.
• Strong ability to translate business problems into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to solve complex business process problems across marketing and content operations.
• Design scalable Workfront architectures, including workflows, forms, approvals, dashboards, and reports.
• Develop governance plans, adoption strategies, and change management for clients.
• Provide executive-level recommendations and deliverables to stakeholders.
