Responsibilities

• Analyze contact center patterns: volumes, trends, productivity, and disruptions.
• Evaluate forecasted workload to refine staffing plans.
• Assess queue strategies impact on service levels and speed of answer.
• Monitor KPI trends and provide data-driven improvement recommendations.
• Record and maintain staff schedules, time off, and related data.
• Produce regular reports on staffing effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support policy development for the workforce management unit.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
