Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Customer Care professional to join a 100% remote, full-time team. You’ll develop staffing schedules to meet customer demand and analyze contact center patterns to optimize performance in a nationwide operation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of related experience, with pay ranging from $27.02 to $48.55 per hour depending on experience. This position offers flexible remote options within the United States and requires availability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2–4 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with workforce management processes and scheduling.
• Ability to analyze contact center data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop staffing schedules to maximize resource efficiency.
• Analyze contact center patterns, volumes, trends and disruptions.
• Forecast workload and create staffing plans to meet objectives.
• Evaluate KPIs like service level, ASA, and adherence to inform improvements.
• Maintain records of staff schedules, time off, and related data.
• Produce daily/weekly reports on workforce effectiveness and efficiency.
• Assist in developing WFM policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
