• Four years of contact center experience required.
• At least one year workforce management forecasting and scheduling experience.
• Experience writing and testing reports.
• Ability to adhere to compliance objectives and work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Run and review volume forecasts and headcount requirements.
• Validate WFM data and reports.
• Meet forecast accuracy goals.
• Schedule activities around forecasted contact patterns.
• Adjust call routing to meet service levels.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards for business use.
• Create training materials and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
