Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• At least four years in a contact center; one year forecasting, scheduling with WFM tools.
• Experience writing and implementing reporting requirements preferred.
• Support compliance objectives and collaborate respectfully with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Run and review volume forecasts and headcount requirements for scheduling accuracy.
• Validate WFM data and reports on a routine basis.
• Meet forecast accuracy goals for short- and long-term horizons.
• Schedule activities around forecasted contact patterns in the WFM system.
• Develop training materials and document policies and procedures.
