Ocean Spray is hiring an Advanced Analytics & Revenue Strategy Reporting Analyst. The analyst will develop and maintain reports that answer business questions, deliver insights that improve sales and profit, and support cross‑functional partners. Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize multiple projects, and the talent to translate complex data sets into clear dashboards are essential.
Responsibilities
- Update sales, media, innovation, and buyer behavior reporting.
- Assist with Sales & Trade spend reporting, data queries, pulls, and analyses.
- Support optimization of existing reports, including front‑end and back‑end improvements.
- Help facilitate data‑driven decision making by providing relevant insights and trends.
- Understand key business questions and develop report tracking, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Analyze large, complex internal data sources to create analytical solutions and provide cross‑group guidance.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and support decision‑making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree (required).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Understanding of syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, SPINS) and POS data.
- Knowledge of PowerBI (or other reporting platform) and the ability to build data models, applications, and executive dashboards.
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and visualization software to create reports and communicate actionable insights.
- Knowledge of key financial metrics and their drivers.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Compensation
Annual Salary: $65,700 - $82,100.
