Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 5 years of related claims experience, with licensing in relevant states. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and strong computer skills with claims software are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Apply claims management experience to analyze exposure, plan course of action, and resolve claims.
• Interact with parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of our clients with empathy at every step.
• Handle claims in accordance with clients' policies, procedures, and standard methodologies in line with statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely to support the outcome of the claim file.
