Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
• 5 years of claims management experience required.
• Multi-state licensing knowledge: TX/FL or home state preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing workers' compensation claims to determine benefits.
• Handling high-exposure claims involving litigation and rehabilitation.
• Adjudicate claims within service expectations and client requirements.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and negotiate settlements.
