Qualifications

• 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
• 3+ years California workers' comp jurisdiction knowledge required; SIP within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and adjudicate workers compensation claims.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimant and client.
• Report claims to excess carrier and respond to directions.
