Qualifications

• 4+ years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Licensing/knowledge of VT requirements and jurisdiction knowledge CT, MA, NH, RI, VT.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and adjudicate Workers Compensation Lost-Time claims to determine benefits.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directions professionally.
