Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in New Jersey.
• 1–5 years of workers’ compensation defense experience in NJ.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong case management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of workers' compensation litigation in New Jersey.
• Manage cases from inception to resolution, including hearings, depositions, motions, and trials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, medical professionals, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain organized case files and collaborate with supervising attorneys.
